What services do you offer?

• I provide professional dog walking services tailored to your dog's needs and energy levels.

• I also offer pet sitting services in your home, ensuring your pets are comfortable and well cared for while you're away.

• I offer drop ins during the day to feed, let dogs out, change litter boxes etc.

What areas do you cover in Doncaster?

• I primarily serve Doncaster, for walks I can cover Armthorpe, Intake, Wheatley, Thorne, Moorends, Hatfield, Edenthorpe, Barnby Dun and Kirk Sandall. For pet sits, I can cover further afield. Please contact me to confirm if I cover your specific location.

How much experience do you have with dogs and other pets?

• I have experience handling various dog breeds and other common household pets. I am also certified in pet first aid.

Are you insured?

• Yes, I hold comprehensive insurance and an enhanced DBS certificatefor your peace of mind.

What are your rates?

• My rates vary depending on the service, duration, and specific pet needs. Please contact me for a personalised quote.

How do I schedule a service?

What if my dog has behavioural issues?

• I have experience walking reactive dogs. Please inform me of any specific requirements during our initial consultation.

Can you provide references from other clients?

• Yes, I am happy to provide references upon request. Feel free to look at my reviews also.

What if I need to cancel a scheduled service?

• I understand that plans can change. I cannot provide a refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before walks/ drop ins/ pet sits.

• For pet sits, a 50% refund will be provided if you cancel a week or less before the booking.

How do I know my pet will be safe and happy in your care?

• Your pet's safety and well-being are my top priorities. I treat every pet as if they were my own, providing them with love, attention, and exercise in a safe and secure environment.

• I have a pet first aid certificate.

• I take veterinary and medical information during on boarding.
